Transformed a Honda CB125R into a cutting-edge electric vehicle. Engineered a custom battery from scratch, incorporating a Battery Management System (BMS) for safe charging and discharging. Utilized an off-the-shelf motor controller paired with a custom-mounted brushless motor, enabling highway cruising speeds and achieving a range of 100 miles.
